- 2 oz pear nectar
- 2 oz St. Germaine elderflower liqueur
- 8 oz chilled dry champagne or sparkling wine
- Thinly sliced fresh pear, for garnish (optional)
- Pour 1 oz of pear nectar and 1 oz of St. Germaine liqueur into each glass and top off with the champagne. Garnish each glass with a slice of pear and serve immediately.
