Triple Citrus Gin Spritzers

Ingredients

For the Simple Syrup:

  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 cup water

For 2 Cocktails:

  • Juice of 1 grapefruit
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • Juice of 1 lime
  • ¼ cup St. Germaine liqeur
  • ½ cup gin (I prefer Hendrick’s)
  • 24 tablespoons of the simple syrup (or to taste)
  • Seltzer or sparkling water
  • Fresh mint or rosemary sprigs, for garnish (optional)

Instructions

For the Simple Syrup:

  1. Combine the water and sugar in a small saucepan and bring to a simmer over medium heat. Stirring occasionally, simmer for a few minutes or until the sugar is completely dissolved. Cool to room temperature (or better yet, chill in the fridge) until you are ready to make the cocktails.

For 2 Cocktails:

  1. To a shaker filled with ice, add the citrus juices, St. Germaine, gin, and simple syrup (start with 2 tablespoons and add more as needed). Shake vigorously for 30 seconds, taste for sweetness, and adjust as necessary.
  2. Pour the mixture into chilled glasses and top each glass off with some sparkling/seltzer water. Garnish each glass with a sprig of mint or rosemary. Serve immediately!
