Easy PB & J Protein Smoothie

  • Yield: makes 1 large or 2 smaller smoothies 1x


  • 1 cup almond milk (or milk of choice)
  • 2 tablespoons peanut butter
  • 2 teaspoons strawberry jam (optional)
  • 1 banana, sliced and frozen
  • ½ cup frozen strawberries
  • 2 tablespoons oats
  • 1 tablespoon hemp seeds
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 12 scoops protein powder (optional)
  • Handful of ice cubes


  1. In a blender, add the ingredients, except the ice, in the order they are listed.
  2. Blend on high until smooth and creamy. Add the ice, as needed, to thicken up the smoothie.
  3. Serve immediately, garnished with a sprinkling of hemp seeds and sliced fresh strawberries, if desired.
