- 1 cup almond milk (or milk of choice)
- 2 tablespoons peanut butter
- 2 teaspoons strawberry jam (optional)
- 1 banana, sliced and frozen
- ½ cup frozen strawberries
- 2 tablespoons oats
- 1 tablespoon hemp seeds
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
- 1–2 scoops protein powder (optional)
- Handful of ice cubes
- In a blender, add the ingredients, except the ice, in the order they are listed.
- Blend on high until smooth and creamy. Add the ice, as needed, to thicken up the smoothie.
- Serve immediately, garnished with a sprinkling of hemp seeds and sliced fresh strawberries, if desired.
