Hi, friends! How was your short week? Mine went by way too fast, which might have something to do with the fact that I took off from work this week. Vacations always fly by, don’t they? I can already feel myself mentally checking back IN at work. It’s safe to say that I’ll have a heavy duty case of the Sunday blues this weekend.
BUT! It’s still the weekend, right? I’ve got a few more days of freedom and they’ll consist of swimming, sunning, lots of love bug chasing, and delicious food. I may even make another batch of these cherry amaretto margaritas (or heck, maybe even a brownie waffle ice cream sundae!!). They are incredible. What are your plans this weekend?!
I have a few things I’ve added to the must-make list this week. Here are some of the highlights:
This Cantaloupe Panzanella is such a fantastic idea! I’m mad I didn’t think of first.
This Strawberry Basil Compote is beyond gorgeous. I can think of so many uses for that one!
This Honey Lemon Goat Cheese Crostini with Blueberry Salsa is probably-maybe-definitely happening next week.

These Coconut Oil Waffles have got me so intrigued! I love this idea.
