These Thanksgiving Leftovers Sliders are an easy and fun way to use up any of the leftover Thanksgiving feast! These are customizable and you can be as creative as you want when making them. Swap out the fillings and make them yours. Easy and delicious!
I can’t believe we’ve reached Thanksgiving week.
Even though it is SO late this year, it still feels too soon! Like, I’m still mentally in early September.
The fact that there is only roughly one month left of this year — well, it’s really throwing me.
But I adore Thanksgiving, so I guess it’s bittersweet!
While the feast itself is so wonderful and fun, I love coming up with ways to repurpose the leftovers. Because there are always a lot! And I get bored eating the same plate of food over and over again.
These Thanksgiving Leftovers Sliders are just the thing to switch things up!
Now, this is not a novice idea, but this is MY version of these mini sliders packed with Thanksgiving flavors. You can use whatever you have on hand or whatever sounds good to you. Be creative! Make these yours.
This is how I make mine.
I love a layer of stuffing (my fave side ever), turkey, cheese, and cranberry sauce for a little sweetness.
I sandwich everything between mini slider rolls and then slather the tops with an herby-garlicky butter and bake until everything is melted together and golden brown.
These are a quick and easy way to enjoy turkey and stuffing, and I think your family will love them.

For the Butter Topping:
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
- 1 teaspoon garlic salt
- 2 teaspoons fresh herbs, finely chopped (use whatever you like/have on hand. I used thyme and parsley)
This is a flexible recipe! Use whatever leftovers you have on hand and enjoy the most!
How to Make These Thanksgiving Leftovers Sliders:

- Preheat the oven to 375°F and lightly spray a 9 x 13-inch baking dish with cooking spray.
- Slice the rolls in half lengthwise, keeping them all attached.
- Place the bottom half of the rolls in the baking dish.
- Spread the mayo and mustard evenly over the rolls.
- Layer on the turkey, cranberry sauce, stuffing, and then top with the cheese slices.
- Place the top half of the rolls on top and gently press down.
For the Butter Topping:
- Melt the butter and then stir in the garlic salt and herbs. Brush the butter mixture all over the tops of the rolls.

Simple and quick but loaded with Thanksgiving flavor! A little twist on the classics.
These are as scrumptious as they are cute!
