Hi, friends! This week was a big week. My baby turned 2 (what?!?) and my husband and I had our four-year wedding anniversary. There was lots of cake and wine and fun, which made the week go by somewhat faster. Always a good thing.
This weekend, we’re hoping to do some pumpkin picking and maybe even a hayride, if the weather cooperates. It’s been raining nonstop here for three days, so I’m hopeful that it will clear up for some outdoor activities. Kieran and I have been going mad, all cooped up the past couple days. I don’t know how we’re going to survive the winter! Fellow parents, send advice. I have a very active, very busy 2-year-old who needs almost-constant stimulation to be happy. No outdoor options for months on end is going to be tough.
Anywho. It’s Friday! The end of the week is finally here. It’s time to get down to business. Look at what my friends made this week!
This apple gruyere tart with caramelized onions and pancetta looks fabulous. I could eat that for breakfast, lunch, and dinner.
This butternut squash and goat cheese pasta is so happening. Gorgeous!
This five-ingredient pumpkin alfredo looks dreamy. I want to swim in that sauce.
These salted caramel coconut balls look like the perfect snack.
The color of these prickly pear and ginger beer margaritas makes me so happy! Love the addition of ginger beer to a margarita.
Looking for weeknight meal perfection? This skillet chicken with orzo and veggies looks like it will fit the bill.
This honey whole wheat challah bread is adorable and looks perfect for a cozy breakfast.
OMG, how cool do these snap pea-infused gin cocktails with basil, cucumber, and mint look?! I want to try.
I could go for a dozen or two of these brown butter brownie cupcakes. Yes, PLEASE!
And I made you two cozy fall things: this delicious white chicken chili with brown butter cornbread (!!!) and this toasted marshmallow latte. OMG. So incredible.
Happy Friday, friends! Xoxo
