This Greek Pasta Salad is an easy summer dish with delicious Mediterranean flavors! Lots of fresh veggies, kalamata olives, feta cheese, and fresh dill make for a flavor-packed pasta salad. Quick, easy, and can be made ahead!
I love anything inspired by Greek food.
It’s usually fresh, vibrant, and delicious.
This Greek Pasta Salad fits the bill. Quick and easy to make, loaded with fresh and tangy flavors, and completely satisfying on a hot day – it’s basically my perfect summer lunch.
This pasta salad starts out with a simple dressing that packs a punch. Greek yogurt, garlic, dill, lemon juice, oregano, and red wine vinegar come together for a tangy but slightly creamy coating for the pasta and veggies in this salad. It’s downright delicious.
The pasta salad itself is comprised of cooked pasta (this is my favorite for extra protein and fiber – my family eats this almost exclusively and we can’t tell a difference), tons of fresh veggies like cucumbers, tomatoes, bell peppers, and red onion, and briny kalamata olives and feta cheese.
Talk about a lot of flavor in one bowl!
I love pasta salad in the summer. It’s easy to throw together, can be made ahead, and the possibilities are endless when it comes to ingredients and flavors.
Plus, it’s nice to have a chilled lunch option ready to go on hot days. This one, in particular, would be fantastic on the beach or poolside.

I made this yesterday for an easy lunch option and holy cow! It’s delicious. Easy to throw together too! I will definitely try again next time with the protein pasta you mentioned, as I am always looking for ways to add protein. Thank you!
