This Hot Honey Buffalo Chicken Dip is a sweet and spicy take on a classic recipe. Tangy, creamy, spicy, a touch sweet, and loaded with flavor – this dip will be a crowd pleaser for sure! Perfect for the big game or tailgate.
If you’ve been following along for awhile, you know by now that I am a HUGE fan of buffalo chicken flavors.
I have TONS of buffalo chicken recipes on this site, and it is truly one of my favorite flavor combinations on earth.
This Hot Honey Buffalo Chicken Dip is the next homage to these flavors. And it is everything I didn’t know I needed.
Buffalo chicken dip has been a football season tradition in our house for years now. Dan and I both love it, and usually when the football season kicks off, we look at each other with excitement and say in unison “buffalo chicken dip?” It’s just a thing. A staple.
I have a recipe for our go-to classic recipe, and it makes multiple appearances during football season every single year. It makes a TON, so it’s perfect for when you have friends and family over or for a big tailgate.
Whenever I serve buffalo chicken dip, it disappears every single time.
This version is just a slightly sweet take on the classic! I love spicy-sweet combinations (bottled hot honey is pretty much the best thing since sliced bread), and I wanted to try the concept out on our beloved dip.
SPOILER ALERT: It worked out. Like, SO well.
This version of the dip may be just as addicting as the original! And just like the original, it’s easy to make with a handful of ingredients.
